All items listed are served with a salad and/or a side dish as listed below.  Please note that this is only a few possible dinners – I can prepare anything you have in mind to make your night wonderful!!!!! Dinners below are $15.00 per adult and $8.00 for children under 10. 

<><><><><><><><>Chicken Cacciatore - Pieces of chicken – all boneless or bone in – prepared in a homemade sauce featuring fresh tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, colorful  peppers - with a hint of spiciness!  Served with an Italian salad and a side of pasta of your choice.     

<><><><><><><><> Chicken Cutlets – wait until you taste these!!!!  Served with homemade applesauce and a fresh vegetable.

<><><><><><><><> Homemade Pesto sauce served with your favorite pasta.  Served with an Italian salad w/homemade dressing.

<><><><><><><><>   Homemade Italian spaghetti sauce with homemade meatballs and pasta – if you have a favorite please let me know.  Served with a Cesar salad w/homemade croutons and dressing. 

<><><><><><><><>   Stir Fry Pork - Tenderloin pork chunks with red and green peppers, garlic and sweet onions.  Served with a special salad & homemade dressing.

<><><><><><><><> Picadillo – Ground Beef Chuck in a delicious homemade red sauce with a hint of onion, sweet red pepper & raisins.  Served with plantains, white rice and black beans.

<><><><><><><><> Cuban Chicken – Shredded Chicken in a homemade sauce with a hint of sweet red peppers.  Served with plantains, white rice & black beans.

<><><><><><><><> Ropa Vieja – A wonderful Cuban dish – shredded beef with onions, carrots and peppers.  Served with plantains, white rice and black beans.

<><><><><><><><> Thai Dinner ~ Sizzling Chicken – White meat chicken sautéed in a coconut peanut sauce with fresh spinach, cucumbers, cashews, sweet onion and red peppers.  If you love Thai food – wait until you try this!!!!  Served with white rice.        

<><><><><><><><> Beef Stroganoff – Chucks of lean beef in a wonderful homemade stroganoff sauce with fresh mushrooms.  Served with noodles and homemade bread or rolls.                         

<><><><><><><><> Chicken Casserole – Chunks of Chicken Breast, rice, peas & carrots in a creamy sauce.  Served with homemade applesauce.  

<><><><><><><><> BBQ Pork – Shredded pork in a delicious barbecue sauce served with 2 seeded or unseeded buns and homemade coleslaw.

<><><><><><><><> Chicken Parmesan – Boneless chicken breast in a homemade sauce topped with mozzarella cheese and served with a side of pasta and garlic bread.

 <><><><><><><><> Jack Daniels Chili – what else can I say?????  Of course this comes with my famous sweet corn bread.

<><><><><><><><> Italian Sausage – Mild, Hot or a Combination, prepared with garlic and Fresh Seasonings.   Served with roasted onions, carrots, celery and potatoes. Served with fresh bread. 

 <><><><><><><><> Chicken ‘n Biscuits - Pieces of boneless chicken prepared in a homemade cream sauce featuring fresh carrots and petite peas.  Topped with crispy onions and homemade biscuits.  Served with homemade apple sauce.

<><><><><><><><> Seafood Elegant – Shrimp, Crabmeat and Scallops prepared in a Newburgh sauce served over seashell pasta.  Served  with salad of your choice.

<><><><><><><><> Italian Stuffed Artichokes – If you love artichokes, just wait until you taste these -  1 artichokes stuffed with Italian cheeses, fresh herb bread-crumbs and garlic.  Served with Italian Salad.

<><><><><><><><> Cheeseburger Pie – A favorite of everyone that tries it.  Ground Beef and Cheddar Cheese with sweet onions baked in a tasty quiche like pie.   Served with homemade applesauce. 

<><><><><><><><> Meat Loaf – Ground chuck and Italian chesses - topped with bacon.  Let me know if you’d like some sweet Italian sausage mixed in.   Served with Bread.

<><><><><><><><> Tomato Basil Pizza – Ripe tomatoes, basil from our own garden topped with mozzerella and parmesan cheeses.   Served with an Italian Salad.

 <><><><><><><><>Roasted Chicken – Oven Roasted Chicken served with Roasted potatoes, carrots, celery and onion.

<><><><><><><><> Tortellini or Cheese Ravioli with Homemade Alfredo Sauce.  Served with Italian Bread.

Prices include dinner item listed above, salad or side dish as noted.  Should you have any special requests please let me know.  All salads are prepared with homemade dressing on the side unless requested.  Should you want any of the items listed above ala carte, please let me know.

Bershali's - note that this is spelled out - This Italian delicacy is thinly sliced steak stuffed with a delicious breadcrumb and cheese mixture with a hint of garlic.  Sure to become a favorite!                                            25.00 for 2 servings 

My Homemade Cranberry Relish – FRESH cranberries, walnuts, raisins and a few other yummy delights 15.00 for a quart

              Remember that this is only a sample menu.  If you have a favorite dish that you would like me to prepare, please just ask.  Some of you have given me family recipes that you just cannot recreate – not a problem – I’ll be more than happy to accommodate all of your needs.

Phyllo cups filled with your choice of fillings.  Fillings include - lemon cream, chocolate mousse, coconut cream, cheese cake, cherries, blueberries, apple or any suggested fillings.                  50 cents each

<><><><><><><><><><> Please call in your order at least one day in advance if possible. Referrals are greatly appreciated.  Refer a friend and get a banana bread FREE! with their first order!! Your comments and suggestions are always welcomed and appreciated.  If you would like a special dinner prepared, just ask.  I will try and accommodate all requests.   Please note that due to the rising cost of gas there will be a delivery charge depending on location.  Thank you for your understanding.  Should you like a special dinner prepared in your home, of course that is possible – just give me a few days notice to get my family’s dinner prepared for that evening.  I will bring the necessary tools to your home to make this a memorable occasion.  We can plan a full course dinner - - - Chinese – featuring homemade egg rolls and crispy noodle appetizers, Thai, Italian, and French – ask me about my crepes! – Greek, Cuban, or whatever you have in mind.  Although an additional fee is required, I am sure that it can accommodate your budget.   Catering available for Birthdays, Weddings, Rehearsal Dinners, Family Get togethers and any other special occasions.  Call or e-mail me for more information.   Once again, I thank you for your business.   I look forward to hearing from you soon.  Have a blessed day!!!!
